Worship

At Roanoke First Church of the Nazarene, we believe the reason for our creation is to give worship to God. We praise and worship Him through singing praises, praying, giving of our tithes, and getting into His Word. Come worship with us at one of our gatherings!

Come, let us tell of the Lord’s greatness;
let us exalt his name together
(Psalm 34:3).

The Gathering Bible Study

Youth - UNLEASHED

Sunday Mornings:

Our Sunday Morning program is designed to help students deepen their relationship with the Lord through a Sunday School setting.   Students engage in meaningful discussion, encourage one another, and dive into God’s word to discover its truth for their situations and their life.

Wednesday Evenings:

This is our main student ministry event of each week where students from grade 6 - college meet. we can’t wait for you to join us! The doors open at 6:30 for basketball, volleyball, video games, and social interaction. Come and hang out as we learn what having a relationship with God is all about through modern praise and worship music; small group discussion; and learning what the Bible says about issues relevant to our generation! This is a place where everyone is welcome and the good news of the Lord is ever present! We meet in the Youth Community Center across the street from the Worship Center.

Children - Jam Time and Joy Street

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these" Mark 10:14

This verse shows us that children are very important to Jesus and they are very important to us at Roanoke First Church of the Nazarene.
